With more than one third of AHL’s resident base typically coming through referrals from support agencies, AHL is keen to work with service providers and their funding bodies to ensure that referral pathways for the clients and residents we share are as streamlined as possible. We have developed a series of guides for stakeholders and referral partners outlining our hostel operations and facilities in each of our five regions nationwide.
AHL’s extensive experience in providing temporary accommodation for Indigenous Australians has led to its recognition as a much sought-after partner in the provision of accommodation facilities. While interest in traditional hostel facilities remains strong, partners and potential partners are increasingly approaching AHL when they are considering different models of accommodation suited to the needs of particular client groups.
