
Jacinta is a strategic and results-driven leader with over 15 years’ experience in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander affairs. Throughout her career, Jacinta has held diverse leadership roles in state and federal government, corporate, and not-for-profit sectors. Her work has primarily focused on governance, service delivery, vocational training, and community development.
Jacinta has led key initiatives to support positive outcomes for First Nations people, including increasing First Nations involvement in government policy development and program design, strengthening governance practices in Aboriginal corporations, and developing culturally responsive training solutions.
A committed public servant, Jacinta is deeply driven to foster innovation, build strong partnerships and deliver meaningful outcomes at AHL.
