Sarah is a proud Baramadagal/Dharug woman with over 20 years of experience spanning the Australian Public Service (APS) and private sector. She is a highly skilled consultant and executive leader who has led multi-disciplinary teams to deliver critical corporate functions including human resources, finance, property, security, ICT, workforce analytics, payroll, and shared services.

Throughout her career, Sarah has successfully managed large-scale transformation projects, including HR systems automation, legacy system migrations, and shared services transitions. Her expertise in program and project management, systems implementation, and corporate service delivery has contributed to the operational excellence of the organisations she has served.

Before joining AHL, Sarah worked in various Commonwealth agencies and including the Australian Trade and Investment Commission; the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade; the Department of Industry, Science and Resources; the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission; the Australian Agency for International Development; and Commonwealth Rehabilitation Services Australia.

Sarah is passionate about driving operational efficiency, fostering inclusive workplaces, and supporting the delivery of culturally safe and effective services to First Nations people.
