We are looking for a motivated and experienced professional to join our small, high-performing team as an APS6 Operations Manager.
Your New Role
As the Operations Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day delivery of high-quality services to residents across our facilities in NSW and VIC. From ensuring safe and culturally appropriate accommodation to leading teams in delivering nutritious meals and quality customer service, your leadership will directly support the wellbeing of our residents.
Reporting to the Director Frontline Services NSW/VIC, you will also contribute to the effective handling of incidents and complaints, working collaboratively to escalate matters when needed.
